We practice the traditional cultivation in the vineyards with the support of natural eco-friendly technologies: we do not use herbicides and chemical fertilizers and nourish our vines with manure and green manure. We cultivate cover crops among the vines, herbs, flowers, and legumes protecting and enriching the soil.

We obtain the water needed for the washing cycles of technological equipment and working environments from the aquifer of our ancient well. Frequent chemical analysis ensure its purity and its use allows us to save public water supply of as much as 4,500 m3 per year. An innovative microbiological purification plant also lets us reuse wastewater for irrigation of gardens and green areas.
